We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. The estimated delivery times within the Arab Republic of Egypt are as follows:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.

• Other governorates: 2–5 business days.

You will be contacted by phone to confirm your order before it is shipped. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier availability or public holidays.

Returns & Refunds — Customer Right Within 14 Days

The customer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without giving any reason. The following procedures apply to ensure a clear and smooth return process:

How to Request a Return

Contact us by email or phone within the 14-day period to request a return, and provide your order number (stating the reason is optional).
We will contact you to confirm return details and to arrange collection or explain the available return method.

Condition of the Returned Product

• The product should be returned in its original, unused condition, with accessories and original packaging (if possible).

• You are not required to state a reason for the return during the 14-day period.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is for personal reasons (i.e., not due to any defect or our error), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item to verify it meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, according to the customer’s preference, within 14 days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.
